🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy 

At Coco Foods, we currently offer Local Delivery only in selected ZIP codes within the DMV area (Washington, DC · Maryland · Virginia).
We do not offer nationwide shipping or store pickup at this time.

📦 Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made every Friday between 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (ET).

• Cut-off time: Orders must be placed by Tuesday 11:59 PM (ET) to be delivered the same week.

• Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the following Friday.

💵 Delivery Fee & Order Minimum

• Flat local delivery fee: $12.99.

• Minimum order amount for delivery: $49.99.

🥶 Product Information

Most of our products (such as tequeños, hallacas, pan de jamón, polvorosas, pastichos, and cakes) are delivered frozen or freshly baked depending on the item.
We ensure all products are properly packaged to maintain quality during transport.

📍 Delivery Area

Deliveries are available only to selected ZIP codes in the DMV.
If your address is outside our delivery zone, you won’t be able to complete checkout.

📲 Notes

• Customers who already know us and prefer to order directly may continue to place orders via WhatsApp. These orders will be invoiced separately through QuickBooks.

• During peak holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.), special products such as hallacas and pan de jamón will be available for pre-order in advance.
